Repair Authorization (RA) Request

Before a Lowrance unit can be returned for repair service, customers must first check Product Support. Please follow the guide closely to verify that your Lowrance device does in fact require service for repair. This can prevent you from having to be without your Lowrance device unnecessarily.

If repair service is required, at the end of the Product Support guide you will be given information on how to receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number. You must have an RA Number before shipping the unit to Lowrance.
